In operating the properties, we are committed to environmental conservation and ecology, with the quality of life and sustainability in mind. In order to ensure this added value, we adhere to innovative, efficient and cost-effective practices:

• Lighting – we use LEDs or fluorescent lamps
• Household appliances – we use energetically efficient appliances
• Interior design – we use natural light extensively to save energy
• Recycling – we recycle used electronics pursuant to the regulations of M.A.I. (Israel Electronics Recycling Corporation)
• Furniture – we use furniture that is made of environmentally friendly materials by green manufacturers.
• Energy – we increase the use of solar water heaters to the extent possible, reduced use of laundry dryers etc.
